Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about us and our process
How does the process work?
The first step is to set up a free Meet and Greet. This meeting is held in your home and provides an opportunity for us to meet your pet, answer any questions you may have, and discuss important details such as your pet’s daily routine, dietary needs, medical history, and any other special instructions or preferences. You can request a Meet and Greet through our website, by phone, or email.
Will my pet have the same sitter every time?
We understand the importance of consistency in pet care and strive to assign the same sitter to your pets whenever possible. Our goal is to build a trusting relationship between your pet and their sitter, ensuring familiarity and comfort during each visit. However, there may be occasions when your regular sitter is unavailable and a qualified backup will be assigned.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are a licensed, bonded and fully insured company through Business Insurers of the Carolinas.
How long is a visit?
Visits are 30 minutes.
Do you guarantee specific visit times?
What if our travel plans change?
If you find yourself away longer than originally planned, let us know and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to continue caring for your pets until your return. Your pet’s well-being is our top priority.
